Are you feeling overwhelmed by the everyday demands and desires that life brings? Do sudden changes or the need to relocate for work or study leave you feeling disoriented? Perhaps you find yourself uncertain about where you truly belong in this vast world. It's perfectly natural to encounter these challenges—life is rarely without its obstacles. However, these moments of difficulty can often serve as opportunities to redefine your path and discover new meaning. I’m here to support you in taking back control of your life, offering guidance and companionship so that you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.
I strive to provide a warm, genuine, and safe space where you can share any challenges you may be facing during life transitions or other experiences. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to build awareness of the choices you can make to achieve better outcomes in life. Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Morita Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, which I integrate to support you in this journey. I firmly believe that everyone has the capacity to find their own path, and that each experience we encounter helps us grow, offering us a new perspective on ourselves.
