Nora Zou is a bilingual therapist providing services in English and Mandarin. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating challenges such as relationship struggles, cultural transitions, identity concerns, and depression. Nora creates a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their inner world, process difficult emotions like anxiety, shame, or grief, and begin to reconnect with their strengths.
Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. Nora draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also incorporates expressive modalities such as art therapy and sandplay, offering creative ways to deepen insight and healing when words alone are not enough.
