Qi Wang, LCSW, C-DBT (She/her)

Qi Wang is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Dialectical Behavioral therapist who works with young children, adolescents, and adults. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin. She specializes in neurodiversity and other mental health disorders, such as Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Life transitions, Personal Growth and Self-Esteem, General relationship challenges (family, friends, co-workers) and Culture challenges. 

Qi received her MSW degree from NYU in 2017. She is a licensed clinical social worker in New York and New Jersey. Prior to starting her private practice in January 2022, she worked as a clinical social worker supervisor at an outpatient clinic based in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Her approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, and she is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Avalie Grace Williams, LMSW (She/her)

Avalie Grace received her MSW degree from NYU in 2022. She is a NYS Licensed Master Social Worker who works with teenagers and young adults. Avalie Grace has a particular ability to connect with adolescents, a group of individuals who are so often misunderstood. She sees and remembers that longing to be heard, to be given the space to make mistakes in a safe environment, and to have unconditional support as one navigates the tricky landscape of discovering oneself. She is proud of her identities as a neurodivergent woman who is part of the LGBTQ+ community, an identity she is open about because she understands how important it can be to connect with someone who has similar lived experience.

Avalie Grace believes in the idea that each individual is the expert in their own life, so her approach to therapy is to engage in the process on the client's terms. She practices a combination of evidence-based and experimental therapeutic approaches including CBT, Play Therapy and Creative Expression.

Abby Edgington, LMSW (She/her)

Abby Edgington earned her MSW degree from Columbia University in 2023. She is a NYS Licensed Master Social Worker working with individuals of all ages.

With over five years of experience, Abby had experience working with marginalized populations, including refugees, asylum seekers, and individuals with disabilities. Her areas of focus include Addiction, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, and Trauma/PTSD. Using a blend of resilience-based, trauma-informed, attachment-based, and narrative therapy approaches, Abby tailors her methods to meet each client's unique needs.

In Abby's therapy sessions, clients find a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and emotions. Through collaborative goal-setting and evidence-based interventions, Abby empowers her clients to navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence. Strides Psychotherapy

Min Zhou, LCSW, CCATP (She/her)

Min Zhou is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin. Min has extensive experience in the areas of depression, anxiety disorders, autism, intellectual disability, relationship challenges and intergenerational conflicts.

Min received her MSW degree from NYU in 2018. During both grad school and post-graduation, she was practicing in a hospital outpatient clinic, community settings and Employee Assistance Programs in NYC with individuals and families with different needs. Prior to her private practice, Min worked as a clinical social worker supervisor at an outpatient clinic in lower Manhattan.

Min practices a combination of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, IFS, and more; she adapts her approach to resonate with her clients. She is dedicated to helping her clients learn strategies, express feelings, identify thought and behavior patterns while alleviating painful emotions and pursuing goals.

Jasmine Jackson, MHC-LP (She/her)

Jasmine Jackson received her master degree in Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University in 2023 and is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Seton Hall University.

Jasmine specializes in working with individuals and couples facing emotional challenges, particularly those related to relationships, family dynamics, and personal well-being.

Jasmine integrates a multifaceted approach to mental health, employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and other evidence-based methodologies. She is dedicated to guiding clients explore and understand their emotional landscape, addressing the core challenges that impede their well-being.
